Windmill House was built at Pinochle Point in Sunset Valley in the late 50s when the old Windmill was falling apart. It was completed in 1962, but by this point, the old Windmill had been demolished and the elderly man who owned it had died with no named heir. 48 years later, and it has been put up for sale...

This house is for a single Sim who loves nature. There's an inhabited pond out back and plenty of flowers and trees. There is a barbecque area for small Summer gatherings with what friends you have.

The rooms are quaint, but very small. But seeing as you live alone, that won't be a problem. The large lot of land has space for expansion, and there is space for a basement, should one be needed.
It is best suited to 2450 Pinochle Point.
