Originally this lot was meant to be a starter home for a big family. Unfortunately it turned out to be too expensive for a starter but it is still a nice lot for a family. It is spacious and gives the children plenty of room to play with each other.

Please note that the house has no fire alarm and no burglar alarm. The furniture and electronic equipment is also rather basic. Your sims will need to earn some money first to improve these things, however, the vegetable garden in the backyard may help them to increase family funds faster if they sell the produce to the next grocery store.
