Made with game version 3.0.38. According to users, you do not need High End Loft installed for these lots to work, and I did not use any HEL items in its construction.

Taken apart piece by piece, these homes travelled thousands of miles to Simerica.

All homes in this collection are starters!



Cottage 1 is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home, priced at 17020 Furnished,14324 Unfurnished, with room for another bedroom upstairs. It's on a 30x20 lot




Cottage 2 is also a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath, and is priced at 14469 Furnished, 11876 Unfurnished. It's on a 20x30 lot.



Cottage 3 is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath on a 30x20 lot. It's priced at 16384 Furnished, 12830 Unfurnished.

Cottage 4 is also a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, but is on a 20x30 lot, and is priced at 16197 Furnished, 14244 Unfurnished.
