After I came across this lovely home & floorplan, I decided to try my hand at building it. I tried to match the floorplan as best I could, but due to certain limitations, IE: walkways, item footprints, etc... it has been altered in slight ways in order to make a more comfortable home for your Sims.

I went ahead and lanscaped to match the visual aesthetics in the illustration, and added a tree in the front yard. The rest of the yard is a blank slate, perfect for adding a pool, greenhouse, or whatever else your heart or your Simmies hearts desire. The kitchen and bathrooms have also been furnished with the basic fixtures.

Special Note:
This house is suited for a corner lot, and the above ^ doors allow for side doors that visitors don't try to ring the bell on. They only ring the Front Door, which in this case is at the side of the house.
