Description
These lots are all starters–as in, less than $16,500 furnished. I prefer my starters to be big on space and short on furnishings, so I don’t have to move my Sims or haphazardly add bedrooms as soon as their household starts growing. So these are all VERY sparsely furnished, with everything you need to keep your Sims motives up and nothing more.
That's my personal preferences regarding starters, but these homes are spacious enough to furnish more elaborately for a family with a bigger budget. And despite their rather spartan interiors, I've tried to maximize these lots' curb appeal because I find them useful as spare housing that's affordable but doesn't sacrifice the neighborhood aesthetic.

Required EPs
I've only used one important EP item: the window from Showtime. I also used a couple flower bushes (from Pets and Ambitions) but they are not important at all; you could replace those with the $1 base game hydrangeas or whatever you like.
Custom Content
I've used the following custom content in all four lots. The roof specific to each lot is listed separately under the details. Nothing is included in the download, so if you want these items you have to download them separately.
The Allard
The Pryor
The Milton
The Dorsey
Lot Size: 20x20
Lot Price: ~16,000 (listed sepa
Additional Credits:
Big thanks to the Simming community on tumblr! I built these lots especially for all the folks over there, too many to name, who look at my creations and encourage me to build more

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
