Fair Weather Four plex may look like a mansion from far away, but upclose it is four homes in one. Each identical in floorplan and furnishing , these 2 bedrooom, 2 bath are perfect for small families.

Downstairs features a quaint living room, bathroom with shower and a superb kitchen!

Upstairs has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. As well from the hallway there is a door to the upstairs patio.

I left enough room in the yard to include extra's if you'd like, but as it is, is holds a large veggie garden (must plant yourself!) and two seperate gates...as the walkway wraps around the lot.

This lot looks perfect when placed between two roads..as shown above.

I worked a LONG friggin time on this one and it is my fave so far from all I have done. Not sure if it is just the time put in ...or if it is actually fave worthy...let me know!
