Been a loooong time since I uploaded a lot - mainly because *custom content* is my middle name. Therefore no custom meshes in this lot - pure Maxis...although I did make around 70 recolours - how could I not =P!

The grand buildings known as *The Apartments of Pomposity* would make a perfect place to retire those older and more affluent Sims. Built in a classic neo-french style, the *Pomps* will easily please even the most discerning Sims. Each of the 4 1 bedroom apartments has been exquisitely decorated according to a particular theme. All apartments have a private courtyard off the living area and balcony off the bedroom.

The public area includes a swimming pool and grill/dining area.

This lot contains NO custom meshes.
