11 APRIL 2009 UPDATE: To the currently 500+ good simmers out there who have downloaded '3 Eclectic Townhomes' I offer my profoundest apologies. It has come to my knowledge that there's a glitch involving the sims' inability to take out their trash on the community trash can where, instead of taking out their trash to the sidewalk bin, the sims just keep 're-shuffling' their rubbish in their apartment's trashbin/s or trash compactors. I have hereby CORRECTED this situation and RE-UPLOADED the lot file, this time with the proper residential/apartment trash bin. I have playtested this and the bug is solved. Sims can now take their trash out to the common residential bin. Again, very sorry for the inconvenience.

This project was inspired by the varied-style homes found along Coosawatee Dr. in Atlanta GA. Apartment #1 (far left) has a loft in modern Asian-minimalist style and can house 3 sims; #2 (middle) is more colonial in design and can house up to 5 sims; #3 (far right) is eclectic-nouveau and can house up to 4 sims. This is perfect for sims that can afford to live in more spacious apartments that are distinct in style. It's also a plus if you want to retain the interaction of being able to knock on your neighbor's door for spontaneous socialization. Lot has been moved into and play-tested. No Custom Content included.


Additional note: the garage doors are rendered purely decorative due to the zoning restrictions of an apartment base lot. Personally, I like to use the space to store certain "ugly things" (like aspiration/career rewards) that I want out of the house when not in use.
