I absolutely love 100 Redwood Parkway. It is secluded and has a lovely view of the bay. So I thought I'd make a beautiful zen house to go right in that spot! It has only the furniture one needs to live on with a few decorations. Yes, the kitchen has fishable koi pond! The pond in the back is also fishable with common freshwater fish. In the bulrushes I also put some butterflies
I've been working on this house for about 2 weeks. I'm so proud of it!

Sidenote: Without a table, sims will sit in the chairs to eat. If you'd prefer a table, there is room in the bottom left corner for one.
