Taking a short break from starter homes (my favorites!). This house has a covered breezeway between the bedroom and kitchen/living area. The private garden and picnic area really make it seem a little more secluded. I got the floorplan out of a magazine at the doctor's office (no idea what mag. and I didn't take a picture), so if this looks familiar that's why. Please enjoy!
