Came up with this house while playing around on a 10x10 lot. I really loved it but wanted to be able to use it for a starter home. So, with $16,500 in mind, I furnished it nicely albeit sparsely. With a couple though, you get $18,500 so I made another more fully furnished house. You do need all expansions/stuff packs except Fast Lane. Custom Content/Prices listed below.
