In my neighbourhood, this home replaces 1 Sunsong Avenue. This is another addition to my Revamping Sunset Valley project. It is as usual a fully landscaped and decorated home with complete customisation applied. As a blend of modern and suburban styling, it’s my take on beachside living, breaking away from the traditional to the simple sleek lines of modern interiors.

Overall, the house was semi based on an Australian house plan, except I attached a second story for the bedrooms and expanded the living area. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a luxury not many have available. Also it features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with light flooding in through the full length glass windows on both sides, allowing for cross ventilation and catching the cool summer breeze.

The living area has enough seating for 5 people, and the dining area allows for those to entertain with seating for 8 people. Similarly to my other homes, the kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances, except this time it has much more counter space than my previous kitchens.
Emphasis is placed on outdoor living once more with a wraparound porch with seating for 12 people, as well as a BBQ and pool. There is parking space for two cars at the side and some room left over for that all important vegetable patch.
