Taking the key elements of the Colonial style on board, I combined these with beachy accents to create a more relaxed living space. This fully decorated, styled and landscaped home is spread over two levels and features 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 single) and 3 bathrooms (2 full, 1 ensuite).

The main foyer gives access to the open living and dining and area and the first floor bathroom, increasing playability with a flexible layout. The living area has seating for seven people with integrated television and every book available in the game in the shelving. Moving through into the dining room, which is perfect for hosting guests with seating for six, with ease to add two more. The kitchen is fully equipped with built in appliances and accessories, with seating for seating for another seven people, four at the table and another three at the island.
