SV Revamp: 3 Sunsong Avenue, 3BD, 2.5BA

Without further ado, I introduce you to another addition to the 'Revamping Sunset Valley' series. The second last of Sunsong Avenue, number 3, is fully decorated and furnished in a cool blue.
