Without further ado, I introduce you to another addition to the 'Revamping Sunset Valley' series. The second last of Sunsong Avenue, number 3, is fully decorated and furnished in a cool blue.

This light and airy home has 3 bedrooms (1 currently used as a study, easily converted) and 2.5 baths. The grand foyer provides seating for three guests as they await their host in a relaxing ambient environment. This leads through into the open living area, with seating for 8 people, integrated electronics and a reading nook. The dining room has seating for 6 people, and a buffet table when entertaining.
The cottage kitchen is actually quite modern, continuing the beachy theme, along with integrated appliances and seating for five people.

The outdoor spaces take full advantage of the sunny climate with seating for 11, BBQ and room for a vegetable patch. Also there are various skill building objects such as the exercise machine, telescope, chess board, football and baseball. The backyard was left relatively sparse to encourage sporting activities.

This work nearly completes Sunsong Avenue, keep your eyes peeled for more 'Revamping Sunset Valley' in the works!
