This is another little taste of "grunge Style" Home built buy me. There are 2 Houses on the real estate: In one, your Sims can live and do what ever they like. And the other one is just for funny and crazy hobbies which came with WA

This Lot is fully furnished as always and contains no custom content. You just will need the World Adventure (and High-End Loft Stuff, because of a few objects) Expansion to get the result as in the pictures.
