I created another House especially for the new careers which came with "Ambitions". It's a House of a Detective who can live and work there and this time very simple. There is a seperate entry for the Office and the private rooms. It's a House for a single Sim, because the work of a detective is toooo secret for other

his Lot is fully furnished as always and contains no custom content. But you will need World Adventures and the new Ambitions EP to get it work.

costs furnished: 97,454 §
costs unfurnished: 38,943 §
UPDATED 
I edited the furniture a little bit.. removed and added things. I uploaded a neighborhood screen too, which shows where i placed the house in the new Ambitions Twinbrook. I noticed, that somewhere else the ground can be misshapen, especcially the backyard.
(I placed the ground with the new Ambitions feature, because normally there isn't a Place for a House)
