Hey there

This is my newest Mediterrane Family and Pet friendly Home. Nothing special, just a nice place to live =)
There are 5 bedrooms (2 kids rooms, one for guests and 2 with king size beds). Next to the "parents bedroom" in the third floor is a small room for a baby too.
There are 2 garages on the estate. one for each house But the second is filled with Music stuff. Maybe your sims want to organize a Band? Thats why there the car has to park outside.
The Basement is a gold mine for every sim who loves to produce and drink wine.
And when you'd like to have a horse, there is everything infront of the house it will need.
Your sims will like it =)
