This one-story house is made for a single sim (or a couple). It is made for the private investigator career, but can also be used by writers, as it has an office/library. This house is relatively small and has only one bedroom and one bathroom.
It is perfect for players who prefer to focus on their sims' careers and skills, and not on family.


Here is the house layout: when you enter the house, the office is right in front of you, to your left is a kitchen and a dining area, and further left is a living room. From the living room you can get to a corridor that leads to a bathroom and a bedroom. There is also a small laundry room inside the bathroom. There are three door that lead to the backyard: one is in the office, the other is in the corridor and the third is right beside the kitchen. There is a grill outside as well as a firepit and some gym and martial arts equipment from China.
