This is another residential Lot, this time especially for a Inventor Career Sim.

In the Depot you can find a big Lab with lots of Stuff your Inventor will need =) in the is a living area, with a bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dinette and a living room.
Outside there are 2 liveable Depots. Each one has a bedroom with TV and a divided bathroom.

This Lot is fully furnished as always and contains no custom content. But you will need World Adventures, the new Ambitions EP and High-End Loft Stuff (a few objects) to get the result as in the pictures.
