Haven't seen me for a while have you? I was deep sea diving doing college work. So yeah, I've been a busy boy lately but I've finally made another lovely home for your sims.

Description
The house is set over two levels and I designed it for playability more than anything. There's two good size living rooms and a separate kitchen on the ground floor, plus a washroom. On the first floor is a master bedroom featuring fireplace and bathroom, as well as 2 identically sized bedrooms and another full bathroom.

I've not really done a home that's fully furnished but this time I've worked quite hard to make something you can just play with straight away. The house has been tested for 3 sim days and I have found no problems.

I should also mention that this house is CC free. This is because I reinstalled TS3 and I'm just having fun playing with a CC free setup. However you should note that I have the latest patch (although I still use the base game) so ensure you have a fully updated game and/or both expansion packs.

If you have any problems then comment below and I'll try and help you out. This really is quite a basic home and I guess I'm targeting beginner players with this one.

Well, I've babbled enough. One last thing - I may make a series of houses like this but I'm unsure yet. I'll see how this one fares and then I may make more.
