Two-story house with basement and garage, built on a 20 x 25 lot. Furnished for up to five sims (four kids/adults, one baby/todler). Base game content only. There is a small version of this house (without the garage and furnished for four) available too which fits onto a 15 x 25 lot.



Custom content used (but not included and not required):

– CASTable plants by Aikea Guinea (indoor plants)
– Roof recolour by tammy_trauma; this is officially unsupported as I’ve meanwhile learned, so I’m attaching it below.


Note that I have a lighting mod installed (this one) so the shadows are much more pronounced on my screenshots than they’d be in an out-of-the-box game – this is why I've photoshopped one of the screenshots (backside), the other ones are unmodified.
