As i promised . After playing the Ambitions expansion pack i really wanted to build a house with all the cool new features that were introduced and so i came up with this. When building this house i solely had the Artistic professions in mind. With that i present to you, "Seclusion". It's a contemporary style home with one bedroom which has the most beautiful view of the ocean your sims will ever wake up to. The homes' open air floorplan will definitely be loved by outdoors-y sims. This lot is best placed at the private bay area in the Sunset Valley Neighbourhood named Recurve Strand. All of you without the Ambitions Expansion Pack fret not! I made two versions, one that has the Ambitions items and one without. With that i hope you enjoy this home.

-----Update-----
While playing around, i had problems placing the house at "Recurve Strand" here's the solution.

1. Change Community lot to Residential lot.
2. Edit lot and build a simple house eg. A square box.
3. Bulldoze the lot.
4. Place the house.
5. Profit!!! (Joking) .

OMFGWTFBBQ!!! I am so sorry! I messed up the uploading of the lot. People will find that the custom content is missing from the game. I have fixed it, so please re-download the house. Once more i am soo sorry .
