Hello again fellow simmers, Im back with my next non-original house(this one is kinda semi-original) I got the basic design from this house (Sorry i could not upload the concept art not enough slots). When i saw this house on the site i instantly wanted to re-create it in the Sims 3..so i did!! The foundation for this house is kinda tricky but i think i pulled it off. This house has a contemporary architectural style (Favorite style). The main level of this house has an open room layout. I tried a different way of buildling the bedrooms where the main bed area is seperated from the bathroom by only a wall partition (tell me how u feel about the bedroom layout in the comments box. i take constructive constructive criticism(Get it!! "constructive" criticism...lame pun...)). Hope you enjoy the house!!
