"Aftermath" Series
This is a series of derelict, abandoned style buildings which may include some form of "destruction" to the architecture or landscape. The type of building you might see in apocalypse / disaster type movies and video games. This theme has been inspired by games such as the STALKER and Fallout series and movies like Mad Max, and many others.
Derailed
I woke up in an old abandoned railway station, it seems to be losing it's battle with nature in the aftermath. Time has taken it's tole, though it's still habitable, barely.. what little remains is but a rusted, rotten skeleton of it's former self. Beauty stripped by the passage of time and the savage elements, there is little left functioning here but at least there is a bed and a roof, I'll take whatever comfort I can find in this harsh landscape.
Rooms
1 Bedroom
1 Bathroom
Kitchen / dining room
Livingroom / bedroom
Parking spaces
Derelict train carriages / platforms
Lot Size: 40x30
Lot Price: $52,384 (F) / $45,292 (Unf)
Side Notes
This is my first lot in this series, basically this place is supposed to be an old abandoned railway station. There's a couple of carriages still left that could be converted to extra rooms and a half carriage that was broken apart by who knows what. The platforms are cluttered with rotting benches and weeds and there is an amount of "decorative junk" spread around.
The main living area consists of 2 small buildings that would've originally been the ticket office and perhaps a waiting area, 1 has a kitchen dining room and a small bathroom, the other is a studio type living / bedroom with basic furniture.
Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessible so far as I could see). The pseudo junked car is actually drivable and returned to the same spot when I tested it (as it's actually on a parking spot, though partially buried in the rubble). Also in Buy / Build mode you may notice a couple of silvery blobs around the car (Fog Emitters), don't worry they items I put in using cheats that give off the smoke effects.
Custom Content
I don't usually use custom content in my lots but this one was just too perfect a fit to not use..
Wrecked Roofing - by Srikandi
Other free content used..
Riverview - some buy / build items that come with the town
Various content from World Adventures, Ambitions and High-End Loft Stuff (mix of standard and special content accessed via cheat codes).
Renault Twizy EV Pack - I just realised there was another piece of official free content I used but didn't mention, the Ever Leaves planter that is part of the Renault Twizy EV Pack available free at the UK Sims Store (see link).

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
