"Demolition Alley" Series
This is a series of warehouse and industrial type buildings, they are all residential lots so they are designed to be functional houses at the core but I am trying to retain as much of a warehouse / industrial theme as possible.

The Conspiratorium
Conspiracies abound! On the outside it appears to be nothing more than an old converted warehouse building, returned to use as a large residence. Is this really a secret goverment training facility, a criminal gang's hi-tech hideout perhaps?

Rooms
4 Bedrooms (3 regular, 1 nursery)
4 Bathrooms
Kitchen / dining room
Livingroom
Garage building
Secret underground basement area

Lot Size: 30x30
Lot Price: $104,696 (F) / $72,933 (Unf)

Side Notes
This is the sixth house in my "Demolition Alley" series, it's a pretty big "house" given the size of the lot as it's got 3 floors so it has enough space for a decent sized family. The front door is kind of in an odd position as it's on the side of the building, on the raised area between the garage and main building (right by the crates), but it may not be obvious at first glance so I figured I'd mention it just to be safe. There's 2 bedrooms and a nursery on the 3rd floor, 2 bedrooms on the 2nd and the kitchen / dining and livingroom areas on the 1st floor (each floor has a bathroom).

Also there's a basement room, super secret training center or secret criminal hideout or whatever else you can think of! Sadly there are no black helicoptors in the game (yet!), however there is a secret exit from the basement that comes up inside the garage should you need to make a speedy getaway in one of those black government cars (or fancy stolen sports car, or something )!

Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.

Lot Size: 3x3
