"Velvet Curtains" Series
This is a series of larger more lavish houses compared to my others. While I wouldn't personally call them mansions because I don't really think they're big enough to qualify as I probably won't be building them on the biggest lots, they should be fairly big though and around the $100k-200k price range.

Side Notes
This is the second house my "Velvet Curtains" series, it's a good sized house with 3 nice sized bedrooms, a nice sized pool, a large kitchen / dinning room and large livingroom area. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and hobby / fitness rooms on the 3rd, I had originally planned for a 4th bedroom on the 3rd floor but decided to put in a weightbench and treadmill instead so should your family need an extra bedroom that one is perfect for conversion since it only has 3 items in it .

Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.
