The Waimarama House is a real house and built after that (only I made it considerably smaller), using photos and original floor plans (though I couldn't quite stick to those), as best as I could without using custom content.
It's a contemporary beach house with an open living plan, a great garden and enough space for a family of three.

On the first floor you can find a kitchen/dining area and a living room, as well as the kid's room with a small private bath.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with an office area, the master bathroom and a balcony.

The entrance is on the side and Sims can use the back door to the pool to enter the house. Some tend to trample the flower bed, though, and enter trough the front door leading to the terrace.

Did a short test run and didn't encounter any problems.
