'The Boardwalk' is based on a house by Ross Anderson, (view it here ) It's not an exact replica as I had to make substantial changes to the house to fit it on the lot, including changing the orientation, moving the carport, adding a pool and lopping off the sunporch, as well as some aesthetic changes, but the general design stays true to his vision.

The 4 bedroom 4.5 bath house is designed for outdoor living. Every major room opens onto a deck. The lower deck has stair access to the pool, and is quick walk to the beach.

The first floor features open plan kitchen/living and dining room with a fireplace. Sliding door to the deck are in both the kitchen and living areas, giving easy access to the grilling porch and pool.
To the left of the foyer is a bedroom, furnished with two single beds with en suite bath, and an office with computer desk. Both the bedroom and office have doors to the deck. A half bath for guests is near the dining area.

Two sets of stairs lead to the second floor, which is made of two separate enclosures connected by a deck. The enclosure on the left is a very large master suite with en suite bathroom. The enclosure on the right has two bedrooms, each with an en suite bath. All the bedrooms have doors to the upper deck. One of these bedrooms is furnished as a nursery, the other has two single beds.

A covered carport for two cars, plus one bike rack, is to the left of the house. Stairs lead from inside the carport to a boardwalk which goes over the pool and connects to the main deck.

This house was built on 455 Sunnyside Blvd in Sunset Valley, and may not work well in other lots. The lot is not level, it slopes gently down toward the beach. Also, I terrain painted the yard to flow into the surrounding area so it fits pretty seamlessly into the space.

You will need to bulldoze the lot currently in that space ('unabridged') to place this lot there.

Beautiful Vista buff adjustment
(not required to use this lot, it's just to add the buff back to any lot that has lost it.)
