The Sanggojae is from the Korean drama series "Personal Taste" - a traditional Korean home featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchen with dining area, a small basement (hobby room), an open living space and beautiful landscaping.

I tried very hard not to use any CC and I almost succeed, lol.
I also tried sticking to the layout, colors, furniture, etc of the original house as much as I could while using no CC and adjusting everything so that it would be available to Sims and playable.
Did a short test run and didn't encounter any problems.

The seperate extra bedroom is actually some kind of storage in the original house, but I thought that would be wasted space for the game, so I decided on an extra bedroom to have more Sims living at The Sanggojae.
