My House From The Foundation Competition - Round 1

Right... This house has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a dining room, kitchen, and living room. There's also a garden out back which took a LOT of effort and swearing to make, I don't think I've ever put so much effort into a garden.
ANYWHO
Default size is a 30x30 lot, but I should think its easily adaptable to bigger sizes. There's a bit of room for expansion at the sides but that's about it! Carpool for two cars...

Pricewise :

Furnished - 155, 575
Unfurnished - 80, 947

No CC of any kind..

This lot needs Ambitions, but it doesn't matter how many times I try it wont let me select 'Ambitions' so just a heads up, all the windows and probably other stuff is from it!
