Volvenom said to me earlier today (12/10/12) that I liked traditional houses and I said I'd surprise him and myself by making a modern house! This is my attempt at that! In one day as well

I hope you guys like it!

It's got a master bedroom with en-suite, a spare room/office/gym, a bathroom, downstairs toilet/laundry room, and an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge.



I'm actually pretty proud of myself as I'm usually rubbish at modern houses but I enjoy how this turned out!!! I even turned CFE to false *GASP* Not that you can tell haha!!

It costs 71,212 Unfurnished - or 99,800 Furnished, which is pretty modest for me!!! On a 25x25 lot!! Teeny tiny!!



I left the garden kinda sparce to allow the user to add their own character to it, also because I hate landscaping!!
