Hello everyone!

This house is a result of me deciding to only use the base game; my pc was so slow and jittery on the Sims and I gave up!!



It's Connor and Jared Frio's beach house in Sunset Valley (Ocean Vista Cottage). I tried to keep it tied to the original building so it looked like it had been gutted and redone rather than a whole new house.
They each have a decent room now, Connor's on the ground floor, away from everyone; while Jared's is upstairs, next to the kitchen where he likes to spend all his time!

I've actually looked at the brothers to see what they'd like, and this is what I came up with!



I'm actually pretty happy with how it's turned out considering its the same(ish) basegame I had when 3 first came out, and I was so bad at building when I first started haha!



Did I mention? This is totally Base Game, nothing else, no EP's SP's or CC (somehow!)

I might do this to all the houses in Sunset Valley, but not fully furnish them; just make them nicer!

I hope you enjoy this everyone, change it up and fill it with CC and stuff from expansions!
