Here we have a spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach house with lots of floor to ceiling windows to let in beautiful views of water and landscape. The first floor includes large formal living room with fireplace and vaulted ceiling, kitchen with adjoining dining area, family room, guest bath, and a guest bedroom with its own private bath. The second floor has 3 more bedrooms including the master which opens on to a balcony, and has its own bath, and also there is a second bath for the other bedrooms. I didn't use any custom content in the house. I had a wonderful time building this as I'm sure all the other people who entered did. Hope any downloaders will enjoy it too!
