Distant Oasis Beach Houses

For the super rich sims who may choose to live in Distant Oasis (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=559184) here are four beach houses.

Beachfront Villa, 85,129, has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is fully furnished. Lot size is 6x3.

Desert Shore, 113,362, is huge with 8 bedrooms and 5 baths. The first floor is entirely furnished, including 2 bedrooms, but the second floor is left up to the sims who move in. They'll have plenty of room for robot stations, florist benches, etc.
Lot size is 6x3.

Desert Oasis, 120,990, is exotic and luxurious with its dome roof and fabulous pool. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lot size is 6x3.

Desert Palace, 167,186, is for sims who don't mind being the envy of the town. It's an over the top house with 3 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and lots of outdoor tile. Despite its gaudy elegance, my test sims invited neighbors and he wet his pants next to the dining table. Fortunately, tile is easy to mop up.

I have included a screenshot showing placement in the Distant Oasis hood, but the lots are also compatible with Moon Islands terrain.

Hopefully, your sims will through thrift to the winds and buy one of these unique beach lots.
