The town council wants a modern look for the town's new library, so they contracted renowned local architect Hugobert von Schmuck to design one for them. What he came up with is this Hanging Library. The glass-walled structure hangs from huge X-shaped support structure. The first level are just the entrance plus men's restroom and a desk for security personnel. A reflection pool surround this area. The second level is the main library level. The top level houses a computer center, plus additional sitting area and books.
