This 2-storey library is modelled after the library in my home city in British Columbia. It is the first in my hometown re-creation series. The interior of the real world building has changed since I've been in it, so the updates were added after surfing through online pics and adding the changes as best I could! O_o



Contains a study area, computer centre/tutorial corner, children's corner and book register to pay late fees or purchase books the library is disposing of.

Parking and bathrooms are on ground level with elevator or stair access.

It has been fully play-tested and my sims couldn't get enough of it

Lot size is 30x30. Was built for a corner lot but will work just fine anywhere. Replaced the crummy museum in Twinbrook

No custom content was used.

UPDATE: This lot causes the red screen issues in the 64 bit version of the game. I've tried correcting the issue, but by the time it finally worked, the building was almost a shell and barely resembled a library. Maybe in future I'll try changing the build and seeing if I can get it to work but for now it isn't worth it.
