The Waterfall Castle

For the fantasy theme, your sims will climb a 20 click plateau on switchback paths until they reach a sparkling white castle. In front of the castle is a tiny lake from which gushes a gigantic waterfall into the tiny stream below. Your sims will pass through an arch and then a recessed doorway into the greatroom of the castle with flagstone floors and the most expensive sim furnishings. To the right and through another arch is the formal banquet hall for eight with a convenient kitchen adjacent to it. The first floor also includes a small study and guest bath. Back in the greatroom there is a pristine white staircase leading to the second floor bedrooms of which there are two with two baths. On the second floor landing, go through a small white door to find a hidden staircase leading to the roof. On the roof your sims will have plenty of room for painting, chess, working out, or stargazing. An easel and chess board are included with the lot. Other features of the castle are a small, rather murky swimmable lake and a natural hotspring (jacuzzi with 4 Ever Simfantasy rocks around it!). I wanted to use Frillen's magic tiles for the lake but you have to have Nightlife installed for that, and I wanted to use RGiles' transparent tiles, but as he warns, they interfere with Homecrafter, so I opted instead to create tiles the same color as the water, hence the murkiness. Actually, the tiny lagoon is so deep and unfathomable that you can't see the bottom.
