The Savvy Starter {<20,000}

So, I downloaded this new world the other day. It was recommended, so I felt that it would be a gorgeous world- and it was. It just had no homes on it. There were well over 80 lots... and no homes. So I set out to build a starter home for my young single sim that I had just newly created for this world. And I found that I actually liked what I was building, so I decided I'd finish it up nicer for a couple and then upload it here. Hence why a single sim wouldn't really be able to afford this right off the bat.

This adorable starter features 1 bedroom for either a single sim or a couple. With a connecting bathroom, an eating nook and a small kitchen, and a spacious living room with a desk and a computer, you'll find that this house comes with everything you need to start out in the world as a young couple, or everything you need to size down if you're a retired couple experiencing the empty nest syndrome. It even features a small backyard and landscaping. You have enough room for a car once you can afford one and enough room in the back for a small garden. All that you need in one small space.

Just because you want something small and cheap doesn't mean you want something minuscule and ugly. So buy this small home and prove to everyone that affordable isn't synonymous with trailer trash.

There is CC that I built with this. Although the creator's of the custom content said that I was free to upload the content with the post, I decided that it would be better that you guys actually go to the source to download it- that way you get it all instead of just what I used and there's no possibility for my packages being corrupted. All of the CC is build items, so if you don't download it, well, I don't know what will happen. Most of the windows, one of the doors, the fence, and the roof are all custom content.
