Added a base game version, patched to 1.19. Same layout but the furnishing and colors are different. I've added a couple of pictures so you can see the differences.
Under 16,000 fully furnished and same custom content as before.


I come bearing another gift.

Smallish two bedroom flat above with extra large covered area below. Ground floor area can be used for extra parking, laundry area, artist studio, or anything else you can think of. It is currently only furnished with some basics just to get your sim started.
