This is my version of KC480 [link]. This one actually came out as planned - well minus the closets. Furnished with just the basics, I left the smaller bedroom unfurnished to keep the cost down and to allow your sims to furnish it for their specific needs. Play tested and no custom content. If you have any issues, please let me know so I can fix it.
