I have been inspired by lakes lately, so I desided to build a little home by the lake.



The lot:
2 buildings
a lake with fishspawners (type lake, from common to rare)
garden with appletrees, tomatoes and grapewines
pretty landscaping

The mainhouse:
kitchen - dining
livingroom
2 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
laundry
wrap-around-porch
a pier

The guesthouse:
kitchen - livingroom
bedroom
toilet
porch

Where to place?
The lot was made in Sunset valley, and there is only one spot you can place it.



By default that lot is a park/fishing spot, so before placing you must delete the existing lot, and then change the lot type to residential.

Note about compatibility:
The lot was made with patch 4.3, you need at least 1.12/2.6/3.3/4.0 to play. You also need to have WA and Ambitions installed.
