I skipped large and went straight to huge.
After seeing my first lots online my cousin asked (well told me) to make their summer vacation farm as a sims lot. I asked him to send me photos of it, and drawings of floor plans, and then I started building (about 24 hours ago from this moment that I'm uploading here)
Here's a picture from above:
-Starting from upper left:
Workers house: (horizontal)
- One big and two smaller bedrooms
- Small kitchen
- Living'n'diningroom
In front bbq area.
Main building: (Vertical)
- First floor:
- Kitchen
- Two livingrooms
- Three bedrooms
- Bathroom
- Toilet
- Second floor:
- Gameroom
- One bedroom
- Down from the left: (Horizontal)
Garage for 3 cars and two storagerooms.
In front two parking spaces and a play area for kids. One more parkingspace on the side.
Guesthouse: (Horizontal)
- Downstares:
- Entertainment room
- Bedroom
- Two toilets (this is where I had to improvice, the real toilets have holes through a "bench" where to do your business, sad that Sims 3 doesn't have those, at least I didn't find when searching web)
- Two storagerooms and a basement (Empty)
- Upstares:
- Two bedrooms
- Kids play room
Veggie-garden:
- Many different vegetables growing.
Barn:
- Hay bales
On the center behind mainbuilding are gazebo and bbq, and a large garden with different fruit trees and normal trees.
The lot is fully done in scale, there were few parts where I had to improvice, but otherwise it's just a miniature of the real place.
Custom content I used:
Door with glass by lemoncandy at Mod the Sims http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=373833
Porch fences by Flabaliki at Mts
http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=378176
In building issues thanks to tomvanroosmalen who told me how to make split stairs and patiently answered my questions when I had problems. This is his Mts http://www.modthesims.info/member.php?u=838199
And the greatest thanks to my cousin jessenic who made me do the lot in first place. Why don't I put his Mts here too, though there is not much to see, since he's not a creator.. http://www.modthesims.info/m.php?u=3770343 Wait actually there is, on the favourite creators. Me
Lot size: 6x6
Then to the nasty part.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Hello!
So you got lost and ended up here, eh? :)
I have retired from simming. This means I won't be supporting my uploads anymore.
Please take this into consideration:
My uploads have a date when they have been uploaded. If I have fixed something later, I have stated so in the post. If something is currently broken, it stays that way, unless you bother on fixing it yourself. :)
Policy regarding my uploads:
You may rip off, tear apart, re-use and destroy my content in any way you feel necessary. You have been given a permission right here and now.
Please do not however re-upload my content as is, and claim it as your own.
Please also notice, that my content is made to be free - do not include it in uploads that require submission, or paysites in general, thanks.
If you do use my work, a credit would be nice, but sure is not required. :)
Thanks for your time for reading this, for possibly using my creations, and for being generally awesome!
