Hey Simsors!

I haven't uploaded anything for a while, and this was in my game for about 3 months, waiting to be finished.
And now, I got ambitions and I could finish it, I'm pretty proud of how it looks now



Anyway, I bet the most house creators know it's difficult to re-create this house (if you ever tried). It took me 2 days to build, and 4 hours to furnish it. It also took me 1 hour with the waterfalls, had to figure out where to place them and such

At the real house there's a guest house, but I've changed into a garage. I furnished the terraces (?) with plants and chairs and stuffz, so they aren't just empty, boring balconies.

The house is built on a 64x64 lot (bulldoze the facility/lab. and ahcnge into a reasidential zone((place trees around it to give it a forest effect)) and costs: §341.235 F and §159.350 UF
