This cottage dates back to 1935. There's no particular architectural style to this house, due to the Sims who built it living so isolated. Around the 80's the cottage has been found in a bad state of decay. The porch roof almost collapsing and greyed paint peeling off. A couple, who had lived in an older house before, felt like renovating it to make it their new homestead. After 1 year with lots of effort and money spent, the house was fresh with new kitchen appliances, bathroom sanitary and an added laundry room and garage.

At the back, the house features a nice summerporch, a gazebo and a small pond.

The original floorplan hasn't been altered, except for the added laundry and garage next to the kitchen. It features a total of 3 bedrooms, one which is currently an home office. The main living area also includes a big fireplace, to make the house more comfy when it's snowing outside, or for when you have neighbours over to sit and talk.

Well, it's for sale again, in a perfect state! It's an absolute must-have so be quick!
