Finnley Family Cottage is a tiny little house for a family of max. 4 sims.

About lot placement
I did some testing on moving the lot around and from place to place. Depending on the rotation of the lot, the trash bin and mailbox might not stay always put where I have placed them, but you can move them back to their places based on the pics.
