Finnley Family Cottage is a tiny little house for a family of max. 4 sims.

The lot has been playtested for routing with 4 sims at once, 3 adults and one toddler. Almost everything is CASTed, and the lot is fully decorated

Game requirements:
You will need Base game, WA and Ambitions installed with patch 6.1.11 or higher
About lot placement
I did some testing on moving the lot around and from place to place. Depending on the rotation of the lot, the trash bin and mailbox might not stay always put where I have placed them, but you can move them back to their places based on the pics.
