This lot is my pride when it comes to community lots. I got this urge to make a cottage, and a community lot at the same time, so I decided to combine them, and the result is this lovely pub for your simmies. I hope you enjoy!

Games and patch required:
This lot was built with Base game, WA, Ambition, Late night and Generations installed, with patch level 8.0.
Late Night IS required, but you should how ever be able to use this if you miss some of the other games, cause you would be missing just some deco. Please report back to me if I'm wrong.
Patch levels required to move the curtains is 1.17/2.12/3.8/4.5/5.2/6.0 or higher.

Notes:
The sim and the car in picture are not included.
Cause I wanted to take the upload pictures in Bridgeport, the lot edge on car park side looks a little wonky, but I can assure you it looks fine when placed on a lot where the edges actually touch the road. (Bridgeport is such a b**** to place lots to!)
