These 3 lots are my extensions, as I’m calling them, to my earlier post, Magnolia Ranch Apartments. These lots are the rest of the replacement lots for the “apartments” in Sunset Valley. The Main building (in a separate post) is meant to be placed at 270 Sunnyside Blvd. and these are the lots for 260 and 280 Sunnyside Blvd. The “R Unit” goes on the right of the main building, just as the “L Unit” goes on the left. (:

The file names, you'll probably notice, say "CC Free". In this instance, I'm using this referring to user made CC. Any of the store items that you don't have will be replaced with a default item in your game.

Left Building:
Lot Size: 4x3
Lot Price Unfurnished: $8,295

In this part of the complex, your apartment is located on the first floor, on the left side of the entrance. This is a studio apartment with one bathroom. It’s decorated in a sage green color in all the rooms. The front door opens to a small kitchen and living room with a dining table set for one. Through the archway is the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has the basics: a bed, end table, dresser, mirror, and hamper.

Right Building:
Lot Size: 3x4
Lot Price Unfurnished: $10,388
Lot Price Furnished: $18,999
On this side of the complex, the apartment is on the first floor, on the right side of the entrance. This one is a one bedroom, one bathroom and it’s decorated in a pastel yellow. In this one you open up to a small living room, then on the side is the kitchen with a small dining table. The bedroom, again, has all the basics. In this apartment, I took the “bay window” area and put plants in there just to give it a different look, instead of just being a plain window.
