Let me start by saying this: it ain't called "The Pink Rose" for nothin'. Usually I like to keep a pretty unisex home, using blues and greens more. This time I decided to go totally girly since my Sims are always girls. The entire house is decorated with a dark, yet pastel, rose pink color inside and out. As a note, the reason I didn't qualify this as a "starter" is because the unfurnished price is just about the amount of money your sim starts out with.

Furnished: $34,793
Unfurnished: $17,699

On the first floor is the living room and kitchen. It's a very wide open space. The second floor is the bedroom, bathroom, and a small laundry room. I was sure to test this house to make sure everything works. (:
I have to say this is probably my favorite house I've done in a while. I love the pink and it looks so home-y to me.

I had to tick "Build and Buy" under the "Custom Content Included" option, but there are NO build items used, included or otherwise.
