This is the Magnolia Circle Apartment building. I made this as a replacement to the "apartment" buildings that come in Sunset Valley (I'll have side buildings and a pool coming soon!!). I really didn't like the look of the buildings that were there, so I made my own. This lot is meant to be placed at 270 Sunnyside Blvd.

The ground floor has one car garages, intended to be used by the residents. The first floor has a main entrance, a small gym with public restrooms, and a small library with a game room. On the second floor is your Sim's apartment. It's a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, about medium sized.
