Are you a young Sim, who just moved out from parents' home? Are you looking for your very own place to live, but all houses in neighbourhood are either too expensive or just small and plain ugly? Then search no more!
"Little Big Porch" is a house that has it all. It satisfies all basic needs. It isn't cluttered, so there's a lot of place to live in. It is affordable for a single Sim. And even so, it still looks adorable with that classic veranda!
Moreover, we do know that one day you would like to start a family. That's why "Little Big Porch" is so spacious. From now on you don't need to worry about the lack of space for new child or lack of money to move to something bigger. This house is just a perfect start!
Creating a starter was always a bit of a challenge for me. I usually want to build a nice house with that "personal touch", which means a lot of decoration involved. So I often find it hard to fit into that limited budget...
This time my task was even harder, as I not only wanted to make a good looking starter, but also a spacious enough one for future family expansion (which meant almost no decoration at all!). And that's the result.
On this lot you can find:
The whole lot was playtested and no Custom Content was used to build it.
Enjoy playing!

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
